Moot Court is definitely the highlight of my time at CSUF. Not only is it an excellent class for learning how to develop strong legal arguments, it is also the best public speaking class you will ever take. The skills I learned uniquely set me apart from my law school classmates and were a determining factor in earning a spot on the Moot Court Board in my first year.

Even if you decide law school is not for you, the benefits you'll receive from Moot Court are immeasurable. The ability to take an issue, develop a plan, and articulately explain that plan to your group or team will be beneficial regardless of your chosen profession.

Besides being my most demanding class, it was also the most fun! Having the opportunity to travel to Miami, FL as well as New Orleans, LA for competitions were experiences I'll never forget. I highly recommend this class even if law school is not in your future.
